I didn’t ask what could be modified, but my server, Ashli, was very helpful and even listed the ingredients in the sauce when I asked her if the rice bowl contained anything that wasn’t vegan. I went on a Saturday night in the busy season, so there was a wait and service was pretty slow, but both the food and the service were worth the wait!
