Sauced - Lake Forest

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experiences there on multiple occasions. The only downside was the hand-tossed pizza, which could use some improvement. When it comes to hand-tossed styles, it's akin to a better quality and tastier version of 'Papa John's.' With so many pizzerias in the area focusing on deep dish and classic thin crust, it's truly refreshing to find a spot that serves a classic and delicious hand-tossed pizza.

I absolutely love Sauced! Their wings are the best in Lake Forest, and the buffalo chicken pizza is always a hit. In response to John P's negative review by Craig, it's important to note that it's likely an act of retaliation. John P was being rude and was parked inappropriately, and then he entered Sauced Pizza yelling offensive remarks all the way to the kitchen. After Craig sincerely apologized for any inconvenience caused, John continued to berate him. Just a few minutes later, John threatened to leave hateful reviews. Congratulations, John, for hiding behind a screen to feel better about your childish behavior!

I had the most incredible calzone tonight, prepared by a wonderful lady. They don't typically serve calzones on the menu, but she took the initiative to make one for me. I suppose you have to take some risks to achieve great things! The finishing touch was adding a drizzle of garlic sauce and putting it back in the oven for a bit. Thank you again for such a delightful dinner!
