Yogurtland Lake Elsinore

While the food is fresh and delicious, I found it difficult to enjoy my $9.96 cup of Fruit and Froyo due to the high price.

I usually visit this restaurant later in the day and I have consistently been disappointed by the quality of the "fresh" fruit. Recently, I have had to settle for plain yogurt because the fruit was either half frozen, grossly thawed, or past its prime. If this issue is not addressed, I will not hesitate to drive to another location.

I am confused as to why the staff members do not adhere to the scheduled closing time. My family and I arrived at 8:40pm only to find the door locked. If the closing time is 9pm, it should be 9pm. Otherwise, they should update their hours. We are regular customers and visit multiple times a week. This situation is becoming unacceptable. We attempted to call ahead because they have a reputation for not adhering to their posted hours, but no one answered the phone. This is extremely frustrating.

The majority of the dishes had a terrible taste, almost as if they were spoiled. To make matters worse, two homeless individuals were loitering in front of the restaurant, smoking marijuana and spending extended amounts of time in the restroom. When my daughter needed to use the bathroom, I decided to wait until we returned home out of concern for her safety. As we were leaving, one of the men even tried to sell my husband his shoes. Avoid this sketchy establishment at all costs.

I refused to let my daughter use the facilities out of concern for their cleanliness. As we were leaving, one of the men even attempted to sell his shoes to my husband. I would advise avoiding this questionable establishment.
