Chick-fil-a - Lake Elsinore

The food is delicious. However, we're dealing with very small chicken nuggets—so tiny that you can fit 12 of them in one hand! You definitely won't need both hands for that. But let's talk about the sauce—it's delicious, and the macaroni and cheese is fantastic. Overall, the service is also commendable.

The service was lacking as well. I had to go back three times to get all the sauces I ordered, and they ended up giving me some that I didn’t even ask for. The restaurant itself was unclean, with food and trash on the floors in the dining area. I also noticed the staff standing around chatting instead of attending to customers. To top it off, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, and I was left feeling very disappointed; I had to ask my child to bring me some napkins. Thank goodness I had my phone with me. Come on, Elsinore Chick-fil-A, you need to step up your game!

Good food, good prices and friendly staff. You can't go wrong eating at Chick-fil-A.

Unpleasant experience! The customer service was quite disrespectful. While the food was served hot, it appeared to be hastily prepared. The cashiers at the drive-thru were especially rude!
