Umami Japanese Restaurant Sushi Bar

Outstanding sushi! The fish is fresh and made perfectly. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The prices are good. The princess roll is my favorite.

Early evening, bellied up to the bar and had a relaxing, delicious dinner. My server, Bryanna, was exceptionally knowledgeable of what Umami had to offer, and hats off to her recommendations. Started with the sashimi tacos and followed with a nice, large selection of sashimi in the chirashi bowl. The sushi chef (Jason? was also superb. The toro is not to be missed. Will be back here again when I am in town.

We always have a great experience at UMAMI. The food is always excellent.

The food I had at this restaurant was the worst I've ever experienced. It resembled subpar fast food, and the presentation was equally disappointing. I will never return, even if offered food for free. On a positive note, the waitress was very nice.

The specialty rolls are incredibly delicious, particularly the New York roll. It's a fantastic place for a date, with a really relaxed atmosphere.
