This restaurant really needs to improve its operations. There's always an excessively long wait time at the drive-thru. Today, I waited about an hour to finally receive my food. When I reached the window to place my order, I was informed that there was a 35-minute wait for a chicken sandwich. The staff at both the window and the drive-thru were quite rude. I spent $40 on chicken, yet the woman at the window was stingy with the sauces. I was even willing to pay for extra sauce and asked for one of each variety, but all I received was a small bag containing barbecue and sweet heat. Additionally, when I requested sugar for my unsweetened tea, she handed me an Equal packet, which is aspartame. I genuinely enjoy the food here, but the long wait times, the rudeness, and the lack of generous sauce portions make it unlikely that I will return.

I consistently experience terrible customer service and long wait times for food. Orders placed through the app for pickup are seldom started before I arrive. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

They often forget orders, but aside from that, it's a great place.

Customer service non existent. I went inside to order only to be told only service app and doordash orders inside. I went out and got in drive thru and car at order area hasn’t moved in ten minutes.
