Texas Roadhouse - Lake Charles

They really put undercooked bread in my to go box. The bread was still wet like dough. Very disappointing..Plus my order was wrong. I ordered the prime rib with creamy horse radish but got gravy instead.

The fact that you can not go in until your whole party is there is a bit unnecessary. Didn't have a big party, just me and my son(a toddler). My husband was on his way from work. My husband called to speak to the manager and just ask the reasoning on us not being able to be seated and the manager just repeated over and over that he has a business to run and whoever was there with a complete party is where he wanted his business. Maybe work on getting food out to bring business back.hannah the waitress was awesome though.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/ extra bacon.. definitely wasn’t the case. I went last night with my wife inside and ordered the same thing and it had more bacon last night that this time and it was no extra. Definitely won’t have to worry about me ordering again. It seems like they care more about the food if it’s dining in I guess? That’s how it seems.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints me. I have the pork chops, house salad (very generous portion and I like them the ingredients everywhere) and a loaded sweet potato. The reels are disgusting. That was in Sherman, Texas.

By the standard at Nelson Rd. Texas Roadhouse was waiting long, but the service and the food were great! We had a small Hiccup with seating with a little together with 6 people. Management has a great table to offer! The roles and the whole food were good. We even have to watch a line dance! Good times! Thanks for a great family dining experience!
