Domino's Pizza - Lake Charles

I tried to order on the website and over the phone and it say that this location was not receiving pick up orders but the guy on the window helped me. He was friendly and the food was good.

I love the convince of the app I can order and pay with my PayPal and track it all the way till it's ready to pick up.

Love ordering on the app it tells you when your pizza is going in and out the oven so I can carryout pizza is always delicious and the deals are good

The worst location. My pizzas came completely burnt. I also asked for no seasoning on the crust but they still added it. My kids and I were on vacation and this was the closest food to our hotel. It took them a long time to deliver and we ended up not beingable to eat any of it because of how burnt and hard the pizza was. I tried calling as soon as I opened up the pizza to try toask for a new one but I got the automated message saying they are closed even though their hours say they're open untilmidnight. Extremely upset I wasted money on this and the lack of customer service!

Terrible Place (is an understatement) I drove down to the dominos immediately after a wedding. It was 10:35 pm and the Open sign was still facing out. The door was locked, and after I tried the door the four employees inside stared at me and turned thelights off! One lady went around to the pick up window without even beckoning me and waited. I explained I wanted to order apizza, and she said thy close at 11 pm and the ovens were already off and the stuff was put up. I told her Google indicates thatthey were opened until 1 am, and she made some weird excuse as to why they close at 11. I asked if there was any place I COULDget a pizza and she gave some vague description of a Casey's down the street that sold pizza. Do you mean to tell me that thereis only one Dominos in Lake Charles, and this was the best a national chain can do!?? I was well dressed and polite, but wastreated with suspicion and mild contempt! After doing another Google search I found one on Lake Street and they wereamazing. Lesson: stay away from the Grestner Memorial Rd store especially if you're an out of towner . . .
