Burger King - Lake Charles

It says Ray on their website that they're open all the lights are on including the drive-thru you pull in at 6:00 in the morning and they tell you they're not open and when you do go in there and they are open they'll make you pull up in front of the window pay for your food and then back up to stay off their timer so that you're not sitting in the front of the window so long and most of the time when you get the breakfast combo the potatoes are cold still taste raw in the middle very poor service

Great staff! The mgr actually went towards hm, saw how the drive thru was back secured then parked came back to help handle orders. Now is a real MGR TEAM PLAYER! We had a big order, everything was right. My impossible Whopper was delicious. Thank you, ladies.

FOOD AND EMPLOYEES WERE FRIEND. I would say that it is as if it was a hard brother who broke out the TABELLS, BATHROOM and FLOOR and fought with STRONGER CLEANER CLEANER. BEST BURGER KING I'VE EATEN AT.

This is the ONLY Burger King I'm going to Lake Charles!! The workers are brilliant and the Coca-Cola is phenomenal!!

Very friendly staff and your favorite menus from Burger King. However, they are extremely short employees (which they have tried to fix but do not find employees) that can cause longer than normal waiting times. Overall a good location.
