Dunkin' - Lake Bluff

This Dunkin Donuts always gets my order wrong, even when they're not busy. The staff is rude and it's the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin.

This Duncan is one of the most expensive and worst I have ever visited. I am only giving it 2 stars because the staff is actually polite. The donuts are priced at $15 per dozen, breakfast sandwiches are more expensive than other locations, and the drinks and coffee are the highest prices I have ever seen at a Duncan. They do not remind or ask customers to scan their code, causing them to miss out on points or rewards. They also do not accept regular Duncan discounts or participate in most promotions. Save your money and go across the street to Panera instead.

My son and I frequent this Dunkin' Donuts every morning. The staff is exceptional - always friendly and wearing a smile. I prefer this location over others nearby because of the outstanding service. There is one lady in particular that I adore, although I don't know her name. She always remembers my order, and as soon as she sees me or hears my voice at the drive-thru, she has it ready to go. Despite long lines, I will always choose to visit this specific location.

After visiting Sunrise Park Beach, we grabbed breakfast from Dunkin'. The staff was cheerful and the food was yummy.

Nice staff, however every time I order here my order is wrong… if your going to make a mistake on the size of my drink please make it larger… I ordered a large and got a medium …twice … I usually am in a rush and don’t have time to go back in line…
