Dairy Queen - Lagrange

Dq Lagrange is disappointing. I never receive what I ordered, and by the time I get home, it's not worth the hassle of going back to fix it!

DQ often has a long queue, but their food is consistently hot and fresh! The service is excellent and quick.

Food is expensive honestly the ice cream is good but hamburgers and chicken tenders aren't good at all

After making several trips into town per week to grab a blizzard, our most recent was truly disappointing. After sitting in this crazy drive-thru for 45 minutes, paying almost $9.00 for 2 blizzards, the ice cream was melted with very little candy. Wasa huge disappointment!

I echo Heather’s comment below about the poor service. I visited on the evening of Friday the 13th and felt rushed while placing my order. I couldn’t even finish before the staff member kept asking, "Is that all?" Additionally, this DQ doesn’t seem to know how to make Blizzards properly; they put lids on them and they ended up soupy. At every other DQ I’ve been to, my Blizzard was handed to me upside down without a lid and came with a spoon to demonstrate its thickness—not soupy or melted. Based on the other negative reviews I’ve read regarding the quality of the Blizzards here, it seems to be an ongoing issue that management doesn’t address. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience.
