Captains Ilupeju Lagos

This was a surprise discovery. I joined colleagues here and I was pleasantly surprised by the intricate art installations and aesthetics. Nice, chilled spot tucked in the right corner of a close. Sheltered and open seating available. A few pet dogs (of the owner? strolling around could be a treat for dog lovers and tragedy for people scared of dogs. Service is mediocre; meals ordered took well over 1 hour to be served for no reason because we (all five of us were the only customers there at the time. The Egusi Soup was tasty but the Goat Meat was a sprinkling of bones with negligible flesh. Very poor value point. The beer was chilled as should be, music volume was moderate. Power was cut off without alternative power provided; for about 35 minutes before power was restored. Customer neglect. This place will appeal to art installation lovers, but don’t expect much.

Nice Afrocentric themed lounge. Love the artwork and it’s privacy. Had their grilled catfish(so delicious)

Unbelievable atmosphere!! It’s a date with nature and creative ambiance with fast quality service.

Calm and unassuming spot. Lovely for quiet team hangouts and Billiard(pool). Service was okay. Food was okay. Great place for a conversation too.
