The Cooperage American Grille

The Cooperage is a vibrant restaurant offering upscale dining options. I ordered the skirt steak along with a Caesar salad; the steak was quite tasty, while the salad was just decent. However, the Brussels sprouts were excellent. The service was truly outstanding—everything was on point. Our server, Donna, was particularly exceptional, and even the bussers were attentive. I also really enjoyed their selection of cocktails.

We had dinner at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was lacking, and the food was just average. My wife's steak and fries were undercooked, so she had to send it back to get it cooked a bit more, and the fries were only lukewarm. I ordered the filet, which was great, but it came with mashed potatoes that were also lukewarm. Our daughter had the pasta bolognese, which was surprisingly bland. We asked for salt and pepper, and when they finally arrived, they didn't really improve the dish much. To top it off, the bread we had to pay for was tasteless. It shouldn't be so difficult to find good bread in this area!

My family—consisting of six adults, two infants, and one toddler—went out for dinner tonight. It was a particularly busy evening, and we didn't have a reservation. Fortunately, the hostess welcomed us with a smile and was incredibly accommodating; I believe her name is Isabel. Many hostesses might have looked at our three small children and our large party and turned us away, but she exceeded our expectations by finding a suitable table for us, all while maintaining her cheerful demeanor. Our server, Donna, was fantastic as well. The food was wonderful, the cocktails were delicious, and the entire staff really went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.

Great location but this establishment lacks identity. It has a bar with sports TVs but no audio…. Service was great but the food was ok. I’ll be back to give it another shot

The bartender Sam was exceptional! Sharp, very pleasant and always smiling. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar for dinner and drinks.
