Taco Bell - Lafayette

This Taco Bell has messed up our order about 80% of the time. The other locations in the area don’t seem to have this issue.

This restaurant often fails to follow instructions. They forgot my drink and all the sauce packets. This has happened several times, with items missing from my order.

I was disappointed with my experience. They forgot my Cinnabons, the beans were a thick, unappetizing blob, and my nachos were served without sour cream.

I found the prices to be excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional, making my lunch visit enjoyable and hassle-free. Parking was convenient, and my meal was delicious!

I used to think this Taco Bell was far superior to the Moraga location. However, I've recently had several orders with missing items. I've received chips without cheese, or sometimes no chips at all, and my Doritos Locos Taco Supreme has come without tomatoes and sour cream. The Crunchwrap has had poorly mixed ingredients, lacking sour cream and being light on meat and cheese.
