Contribuiți la feedbackWe had lunch here for the first time. My three companions enjoyed their food, but my order was not correct and had to be redone. When it came back, it wasn’t edible. However, the young man serving us was outstanding. He handled the situation perfectly.
We arrived just before closing and still got served by a very friendly young man. Great, attentive service.
Very dry hakkbøff with frozen supermarket veggies and pommes fries. Lack of glaced onions. Sadly cannot recomend. Used to be amazing back a decade ago.
I had lunch here once, on the patio in the fine and warm weather. I had 2 smørrebrød (open sandwiches see pictures) tasty enough, even if you can get them better in top class restaurants. To drink I had a bottle of Skagen Havnebakken, a guldøl which probably is a re label of Skagen Sandmilen.
We all ate with few complaints, but neither did we get very excited. The food was ‘Danish standards’, but the quality was very average bordering on ‘poor’. My Wiener schnitzel was as tired as the interior of the hotel, and both reminded my of seedy bodegas in Copenhagen. If this is traditional or ‘old school’ Danish cooking, then I am happy to move on. Very disappointing.
