Kfc - Ladson

It was a great experience, but I was disappointed that I was unable to dine in or even place an order in person.

I did a job there, but I had to stop because there was no soap to wash my hands! They suggested I wash them in the sink instead.

I will not be dining at this restaurant again. I went through the drive-thru on Sunday and the service was rude. The staff was terrible and the chicken was undercooked. My order was hastily thrown together and they refused to let me purchase items with my own money. They were inattentive during my lunch break. I do not plan on returning to this establishment. If someone is thinking about trying KFC, I would advise them not to waste their time as they will likely be disappointed.

There was a problem with our mobile order, but the manager and the staff were very good at fixing it for us, although it was closed on the holy evening.

Not sure what is so outrageous about me wanting to put the Nashville hot sauce onto the chicken sandwich and also being refused to sell it separately because of the difficulty level of putting it in a to go container so I can put it on the sandwich myself. You’d think a dying fast food chain would be a little more accommodating. Good luck to the owner.
