As soon as this place gets better, someone does something like finding random pallets and using them to block the drive thru when it’s open.. I hope you get fired. This was this morning at 1245 am March 10

It was colder inside than it was outside. We were gonna eat at the wonderful tables, but it was too cold, especially for my 9 year old after an appointment and long drive, and we just ate in our warm vehicle instead. But the food was awesome! People were so nice patient, as we haven't been to jack-in-the-box in YEARS!Kid-friendliness: There is no Kids meal that I saw right away,(definitely wasn't advertised) so no toys. But the chicken wrap, fries, and BOBA won him over!

Drive through came for mega munchie which they didn't have at this one. For some reason they only had basic munchies.Parking: Getting into parking lot was hard turn in is right in front of drive thru area

Concise service. Sandwiches by the book. Note to drive-thru guy the other night: We all want to be somewhere else sometimes, my man, don't take it out on me.

Troy is an awesome asset to this location.He is very courteous, polite, and patient.He knows how to run this place.Kudos to him.
