Burger King - Lacey

I am giving a rating of one for this burger king only because you don't offer a lower rating. On Feb. 9, 2024 at 9:15 am. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits at the drive thru. When I got to the window the young guy at the window told me they only had one sausage left (WHAT! I thought to myself and he said he would replace it with croissan'wich or something like that.when I bit into the sausage muffin the muffin was hard as a rock and dry as a bone. Most likely leftover from the day before. I am shocked to just learn that place is only open from 6:00am until noon and had I known I wouldn't have stopped there. I am sure the locals know and prefer McDonald's a few blocks down the street. That burger king should shut down and if not, someone should put warning signs on the freeway to warm the unexpected how horrible the food is there. Of course I was not given a receipt and suspect that is the managers policy.

A order taking over 26 min is ridiculous, what happend to 3 and 4 min orders ! Need better training !

This is the slowest BK I've ever been, but I still prefer it over the others around, where it's a gamble if you get what you ordered. Best BK in Lacey

This place is NASTY!!! The most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever walked into... please do not eat from here if you care about yourself. This burger King literally feeds you food that's been touched by people with no gloves, food off the counters and stuff that's been dropped and they even eat from bags. (Saw all of this with my own eyes) they also can't even take a min to clean any bit of the place. I wouldn't be surprised if my family got sick or diseases from stepping foot inside. DONT. GO. HERE. EVER.
