Wingstop - La Verne

They messed my order both times I came there. I could take this to court considering the fact that the flavor they keep giving me (buffalo) I'm allergic to. This is ridiculous,

It was my first time trying Wingstop, and my expectations fell somewhat short. I didn't really like the flavor of the Korean sauce (as a Korean, it didn't really taste Korean), and the mango habanero one had this strange plastic/chemical-y smell emanating from it. That was really offputting, but the spice levels were pretty intense. I wonder what the Atomic tastes like because the mango habanero was fiery enough that I needed to take a break and finish it later. Even for the Korean sauce, I could feel my lip burning for a while after I finished eating.Also, the texture of the sandwich was lacking. I don't even like McDonald's but their Spicy McChicken was better in quality than theirs. However, I'll give them some points on the presentation since the bun on the sandwich looked fluffy and it withheld its shape. However, the visuals on the wings weren't as aesthetic. Compared to Dominos chicken wings, Wingstop's are bigger and meatier. I don't think I'd come back though just because I wasn't wow-ed by anything. I realize food service workers are overworked and underappreciated, but I did not particularly feel welcome by the cashier when I was there. Plus, I hope they make it possible for customers to pay by card online because it would make more a much smoother transaction process. It seemed busy at the time, so it would make more sense for them to let us pay in advance.

My meal was the tender combo meal. tenders good (as to be expected , served crispy and hot dips, ranch very good and hawaiian good fries good (some had a little sog , but good seasoning disappointed that the chicken sandwich did not have pickles on it dining area messy with trash, large group of noisy diners (college girls ? , glad I didn’t dine in counter service friendly

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, quick service. We like the boneless Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Today I ordered them a La carte 10 PCs, which is comparable in price to the 6 pc combo with fries or veggies and a drink. I watched as Jose answered the phone and he was very professional and kind to the person throughout. Spacious inside with 8 tables, including 1 large round one that can seat 6 comfortably and 6 counter tables by the front door also. Like other Wingstops, there's a large self-serve drink dispenser machine with a bajillion options. My order came out in 10 min!

Excellent customer service and food was excellent manager goes over and beyond will let my family and friends and Co worker's know about this location sincerely Joe Lovato
