I would not recommend going to this location during the week on your lunch hour because they get very behind and you'll be late getting back to work... even if you order ahead. Other than that, the food is always delicious!
I can't help but be infuriated that an establishment would charge $4.18 for a fountain drink. This business is only interested in their bottom dollar and to take advantage of people is wrong. I won't be giving another dime to this establishment.
I ordered through the app and went in to pickup. I waited 15 minutes past the expected pick-up time. I gave them their time because they were a bit busy. However when I asked the GM about my order, he looked around and found a burrito that had been laying there on the counter the whole time and said, oh this must be it. He then proceeded to start bagging that burrito. I told him that I want it remade because it is probably cold by now. He just turns his head and says we 'll get it for you man. He has no sorrow or kindness in his attitude to look at me and apologize like a man. So rude and just not caring. My order was never bagged and handed to me or placed on the front counter like TWO other mobile orders were handed out before me. The whole time I was waiting, he was just talking to the girl cooks in the back about snowboarding. And while I was waiting his back was turned to the front register and customers were just standing there not being helped. Another customer told him that the Diet Coke was out and he said okay. That same customer went back to get it a while later and it was still out and he had to repeat it again. This is the kind of horrible customer service I observed the whole time I 'm waiting for my order. I heard the GM say something to the cooks to warm up a tortilla after I said I want mine remade, so I don 't even think they remade mine and just dumped the ingredients in a new tortilla. The GM didn 't even try to find my receipt or order to figure out why my burrito got lost. He didn 't even tell the cooks anything about my order. I used to be a GM of a fast-casual restaurant and if anyone acted like this, they would get written up and possibly let go. This GM shows that he doesn 't care about the customer and I will never come back to this horrible location. I was then given my order without a receipt, which all the other mobile orders have taped to them. He got my drink ready and put it on his counter, but when he handed me my food he didn 't give me my drink that was right there behind him and I had to ask if I can take one from the cooler. Seriously? Like he did that on purpose just to be difficult. Just a complete lack of awareness from this manager .
