Fourth Street Mill - La Verne

The atmosphere was fantastic, especially with two musicians playing jazz on Mother's Day. The food was enjoyable, but the pork chops and chicken dishes were a bit dry.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was delightful, and the live music really added to the atmosphere. I want to give a special shoutout to Ashley for her attentive service! I ordered the chicken club, which was perfectly portioned—not too big—and I appreciated that it came with a salad instead of fries. This made me feel better about ordering the fried green beans, which Ashley recommended as her favorite, and they were absolutely amazing! Thankfully, we shared them!

The service was good, and the flavors of the food are consistently enjoyable. However, I noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes. It's understandable that prices have increased due to inflation, but when that increase is paired with smaller portions, it detracts from the overall dining experience. The chicken breast was barely enough for 4 or 5 bites, and my friend's vegetables consisted of just one lonely green bean and a few pieces of cauliflower and broccoli.

Cozy restaurant with a great outdoor dining experience. Music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Outdoor and indoor tv 's always tuned to the days ' sporting event. I am a fan of their Shrimp Tacos and their Steak Tacos. Fourth Street has a very tasty Lamb Burger that is just the right size. French fries are an ordered item. They come in a paper lined cone and are perfectly crunchy. Some menu items are hit and miss, though. Their salads sound wonderful on the menu, but when they are in front of you, they seem to be missing something. Just not enough to make them a meal. Today, we enjoyed the Baked Brie with Blueberries appetizer. It 's as good as it looks! Also refreshing are the Champagne and Blueberry Sangria 's.

Nice gastropub. Trendy and delicious. The fish and chips were yummy, when I got them they looked dark with too much batter BUT when I took a bite the batter was light and the fish flaky and delicious!!! The service was excellent too!
