Taco Del Rio - La Puente

Fantastic dinner experience 7/18 Thursday evening. Enjoyed their soft taco carne asada steak , beef tongue, and beef scalp. The most authentic SoCal Mexican food experience ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 30 years. The chef kitchen crew have been the same great group of men I’ve seen 30 years ago. Taco del Rio is my favorite Mexican restaurant in California Dietary restrictions: Beef steak carne asada Soft tacos with cheese and guacamole are out of this world.

A bit busy this Sunday but it was excellent next time I’ll make a reservation

Flavorful good ol mexican food. This place is considered a landmark in la puente, if u are driving by then stop and try a lil history

Burritos are really good tacos and the carne asada fries.... ? also ask fpr suggestions from the cooks they will let u know what they just finished cooking for the most fresh
