Starbucks - La Puente

I waited in line 10 minutes to be told that the wait time for any drinks was 40 mins......that's insane!

This location was okay, but unfortunately, they were a bit slow at taking care of the dining room customers. They seem to prioritize drivethru and mobile orders.

If I could put a 0 in customer service, then I would do that!

We come here often and it's a great place to have a good chat, meeting or just relax and enjoy a good drink...?

Called a few times 04/06/24 between 5-45-5:50 am to order a coffee traveler to go. The employees that kept answering the phone kept answering and hanging up laughing. Both female and male employees. They answered and kept saying different restaurant names as they would answer. One said thank you for calling in and out burger Is management or DM aware these employees are doing this?
