I guess the girl at the front counter is new and the manager wouldn't help her, I waited 20 min for chicken pliers. I saw them dropping new and going through everything for the ride, so I had to wait 10 minutes. I ordered 5 chickens for peace I didn't get sharp 4! I ordered a peace that is not spicy and got a spicy suggestion, just super frustrating. thanks not to the grace never has to go back!

When I first went into the window, they asked if we would make a picture if they I think she was on drug, it took her like 5 minutes to take my order, and she asked us what we wanted after I had already told them. my drink was hit when I got a chilled strawberry limonade.

I might have chosen a bad night for my visit. The wait was quite long (they had warned me that the mac would take about 10 minutes). I ordered a three-piece spicy chicken meal, but only one piece was spicy while the other two were original flavor. Additionally, I didn’t receive any napkins or a fork with my mac and cheese. The cookie was decent, though.

The service was very disappointing. On my last three visits, they messed up my order each time. A few weeks ago, I placed an order online 10 minutes before I arrived, but after receiving the wrong order, I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my meal, along with several other sides. I love the food, but they really need to improve their management and staff.

This Popeyes location is quite disappointing. The woman taking orders inside doesn’t seem to pay attention and often gets the orders wrong. The drive-thru experience is no better, with customers frequently receiving incorrect orders. It feels like the staff are serving what they want rather than what was actually ordered. I personally had a bad experience when I ordered a 3-piece dark chicken with beans and rice, but she forgot the beans and rice and gave me four unappetizing pieces instead. I had to go back for the missing sides, and when I did, I was shocked to find that the food was dry. I ended up only eating the beans and biscuit. Additionally, I noticed another customer had to return his food because he was given one chicken strip instead of the four pieces he ordered.
