Chili's Grill - La Porte

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server did not provide good service for my drink, serving it without a lid, with too much ice, and less than half full. Additionally, she seemed to treat the customer next to me much better, providing a martini glass, a cover for her drink, and a full serving. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but they made excuses and I left without dessert, even though the meal I ordered was supposed to come with it as part of a special promotion.

My son has unique tastes and really loves the lure in the bar at Chili's. It is one of the best appetizers I have ever had at a restaurant. Chili's deserves high praise! I had the dry rub ribs and they were delicious, and my son had the cheeseburger. Both items were cooked perfectly. Chili's may not always have the best reputation, but it never disappoints us.

Typically, I wouldn't rate this restaurant very highly. However, after ordering from here two days ago and being pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, we decided to order again the next day. Unfortunately, this time our food arrived burnt and old, with some parts of the order completely raw. I'm not sure why or how the quality could be so drastically different. It seems like the cook must have had a bad day today.

I really wanted to shoot this place again. because I like chilis and this one is close, and last time I ate here and my girls had to wait almost an hour to eat. this time we tried to give it another shot and we never got help for almost a whole 20 minutes sitting right there, even when my family arrived, not even a visit at the table. And so we told the waiter that we are somehow willing to pay for the drinks and go because we don’t really get a service. and he just goes “okay” and still told us about the drink. to go chili! will not be back! the owner should be really aware of how this place is going because he doesn't look good.

Decent food. Good drinks. Service staff good. Comfortable atmosphere. Restroom was not clean. Won't be back. Recommend this place? Probably not. A good manager would have the restroom checked regularly and kept clean.
