Curry Hut Indian Food - La Mirada

Was PHENOMENAL food and service! I came with my brother, we frequently got Indian food in the UK but since back in the USA we couldnt find a place that was good or close to the Indian food we’ve had in the UK! We both were amazed with this food and service! They allowed us to sample some of the food before we picked. Perfect amount of spice options along with mild or none spicy! Definitely recommend! We will both be back again that’s for sure! (Sorry no pictures of our food choices, we pretty much inhaled the food lol)Parking: Loads of free parking spaces.

I ordered few combination plates all with chicken and one with lamb. The amount of cayenne pepper is the way to excessive . The amount of sauce is also too excessive hardly could catch few pieces of chicken in soupy bowl full of sauce which supposed to be tikka masala). I like curry flavor and was hoping that I could at least eat rice. Unfortunately the way food was packed made rice too spicy because of the volume of the liquid sauce that spilled all over and even potatoes was too spicy. The only reason I gave 2 stars was naan. It was very good.

This small, family run Indian food place serves the best authentic Indian food I have eaten. For me its a taste of home. My fave is the black pepper chicken, so rich and delicious. And they don't skim on the portions. Its fast, warm and friendly service. The ambiance is unassuming, yet the mural on the wall seemed to depict their journey. For sure, will be back to try more of their dishes.

Flavorful, quick, easy, and affordable. Delicious homemade food. I love it. Definitely a great lunch spot.

I placed a pickup order and it was ready before my pickup time. When I got out of my car I could already smell the food wafting from the restaurant. They were really nice and inside decor was cute. The food was still hot and delicious by the time I got home. We got two 2 item combos, garlic naan, and chicken kathi wrap. For the two item combo we both really liked the chicken tiki masala. It went extremely well with the garlic naan we ordered. The garlic naan was fluffy and crispy in some parts and a good amount of garlic. The saag paneer was not the best we've had however. The veggie of the day curry was with cauliflower and other veggies mixed in and tasted better than the saag paneer. The chicken kathi wrap was way too salty, so I would not recommend that or get it again.
