Panda Express - La Mesa

I visit this Panda Express because it's conveniently located closer to me. The food is delicious and fresh, unlike some other locations I've tried. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate that this Panda Express is right next to a store (but not inside it, like some others), making it easy for customers to shop after dining. I feel safe here, as they consistently clean and sanitize everything, ensuring it's very well maintained.

I ordered fried rice and Kung Pao chicken, but when I got home, there was no Kung Pao chicken included. I had to go back to the restaurant to get it. Overall, there were just a few small portions that weren't worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I really hope they bring back her honey chicken because it was my favorite dish.

Steamed rice was hard as a rock. Orange chicken is soft and chewy. The fried rice was old. The string bean chicken was old as well. The whole meal was old. Had to call them. Drive back. Order again. Got the food home and it was fresh, the orange chicken was crunchy, the steamed rice fluffy but it was still off. I don't know if they got a new cook but the chow mein was Sooper greasy. Orange chicken was crunchy but gross inside the teriyaki chicken pieces tasted soggy and weird and hard inside but gross. Couldn't eat much of this. Only reason for 2 stars because I have been coming here for a while. The staff also forgot my teriyaki sauce. The staff and kitchen are off. Staff shortages. Lol ????At least they showed up to work. Not coming back.

Cindy and Eli! Top service!!! We had to place a last minute order for an office pot luck and they made it happen. These ladies were beyond friendly and exceeded my expectations for customer service!!
