You can’t own them 1 penny but they don’t give you your change back. Ugh.

It took them 30 minutes to deliver the order, mine was delivered to another customer and they didn't apologize but I called them again, I was still waiting for food, first time I've gone and I haven't come back.

Pangel is a great associate/employee. He is friendly, professional, makes sure to get the food order correctly every single time we have been to Stars. Thank you. Food is fresh not overly done or under cooked. Never makes me or my kids feel uncomfortable. A friendly young man we can call our friend.

It is very frustrating when I order something, it doesn't get brought out to me they look at me like I'm trying to steal they ask for my receipt. It's a simple order. I tip well for service. I just ask that I get better service when I go there. If I say something is missing from my order, which happens often, I expect to be believed. I have no reason to lie over a $3 drink. Not only was I annoyed, but the burger bun was cold to the touch the meat had no flavor. STARS HAS GONE DOWNHILL!
