La Diligence - La Ferté-Saint-Cyr

The kitchen was great, the entrance (mulet) was succulent as much as the dish (canard) and dessert (chocolat) I don’t even tell you a delight! The boss and the boss are adorable. Very nice vegetable garden. Merit 2 stars Michelin.

Overall disappointed by the hotel in view of the price. We know that we are in a 3-star but at more than 160€ per night we would have liked a minimum of more comfortable service. Bed cushions are very uncomfortable, it’s a shame because the bed is when to it excellent. The toilet paper is not even worthy of a motorway service station since the finesse ... Sounding is a catastrophe. We're awake to the least person walking in the hallway. Fortunately the staff is adorable. We expected better.

This is the second time we ate in the restaurant, always excellent! The mix of flavours and colours on each plate. The very pleasant terrace and the warm welcome. Bravo to the entire Diligence team. Hasta pronto
