There was a line of 6+ people, we waited in line for 30 minutes while they prioritized online orders that ended up not even being picked up the whole time we were there. Very annoying to stand in line for that long.
To the dude that was working around 2:30pm, on nov 19th, today you suck. I asked you simple questions then you explained them to me like I was stupid when you easily could have said yes or no. Also speak up, no one was there and you were still mumbling. You made a great sandwich though.
Went in at 7:30 on a Sunday...they close at 9. I was not greeted and told that they had no bread and wouldn't turn on the toasters even though they did not close for another hour and a half. I was treated with extreme disrespect when asking questions. Joe was extremely unfriendly and is giving this location an extremely poor reputation. He needs to be taught customer service.
The blonde lady (we believed her name was Kate) was the RUDEST person I have come across in a long time. While I understand everyone has bad days, it's your job to treat people with kindness and respect. After calling the store to make a complaint to the manager, the young man on the phone seemed uninterested in our request to talk to the manager and hung up on us. All around horrible experience and I will never be back again.
