Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Kyle

The staff takes too long to take orders, and the line is wrapped around the corner. It's too slow.

I like tropical smoothies and you eat. Never a Jalapeño Mass: I really want to try. I tried to order it two times and both of them were out of him.

Had high expectations since this was a new location. We ordered our smoothies and food and as we were about to pay we were told it would take 30-40 mins just to get our 2 smoothies and food item. We canceled our order which also had a rewards coupon for a free smoothie that is no longer available now. Extremely disappointed with the service. Never again go to locations in Austin or elsewhere.

The sides were a total fail. The kale Apple salad came in a 4 oz container with no lid and was only half full plus the side of sweet potatoes seemed like they were rotting. The wrap was good but smaller than at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Felt like they're skimping a little much. ?

This location sucks. Service needs major improvements. I placed a curbside order and it said it was ready. Once I arrived at the location, I had to come in and I was told to wait an additional 20 mins. Oh yeah, I was not greeted either. Employees, in uniform, were hanging out with their friends at the tables and then went back to work without washing their hands. Not to mention the counter was disgusting. There was smoothie spilled all over the counters and no one seemed to care. I won’t be returning back!
