Los Vaqueros Cafe Grill - Kyle

The wait was good and plenty of tables even though it was packed. I had about 4 different waiters that came to us , took our order for drinks twice, I guess the other Waiter went on break. We ordered queso and chips while we waited for our food. Theybrought us the queso which went cold by the time they brought our chips. Then got my drink wrong. Other folks that came in afterus got chips as soon as they sat down. Food came , forgot to get us eating utensils. Then another waiter came to bring me a beerwhich none of us ordered. So this was a very bad experience here not to mention the food was not to good either. My menudo wasover cooked.

Food was great! Enchiladas were perfect, not too runny. Pancakes are good too!

Id keep cautious on this restaurant. they served me to eat that was insecure! the chefs in the back must be fired! seems like they don't know what they do or how to deal with food? will they have a lead? ! I showed up twice about the incident in her toilet room and then I pay for my visit to this terrible experience? appreciate the refund, but that was after the fact I had to speak to the manager. the worst Mexican restaurant in this city straight ahead.

This is our third visit back …We are not locals but when we come to Kyle we have eaten here each time. We have always had a positive experience.We have been greeted at the door and had the option to sit inside or out on the covered patio. Our waitress this time was Isis. She was helpful, with a happy heart. She checked on us often, to see if we needed anything. The food once again was delivered while still warm, large portions, delicious and I feel homemade. (We have ordered something different each time and never disappointed) I had the grilled chicken with fresh grilled onion, tomatoes, jalapeños covered in Monterey Jack cheese.m… with broccoli and rice. (See pic)My mom enjoyed the breaded chili relleno with shredded chicken, rice and beans and some extra guacamole. My husband had a taco, an enchilada, and a chalupa with rice and beans. It was hard to eat it all especially after the wonderful chips and salsa served. You know it is good when we plan on going again!

I ordered the shrimp enchiladas with sour cream sauce and it was SOooooo Good!!!! My husband ordered the Vaqueros burger and he was very pleased as well. The burger was missing the avocado and jalapeños as stated on the menu, but it was still just as good without it. Very friendly service! We will be back!
