Fiesta Guadalajara - Kuna

What a delightful surprise! The last time I visited, about five months ago, I was quite disappointed with the service and didn't think I would return. However, hearing positive word-of-mouth in this small town sparked my curiosity to give it another try. I'm so glad I did! This restaurant has transformed! The food was always delicious, but they’ve finally found an excellent front-end management team. We were seated promptly, received our chips and drinks without much wait, and the food came out hot and tasty! Kudos to them—they’re on their way to becoming the best restaurant in the area! I’m looking forward to many more visits!

We have attempted to visit this restaurant several times, but it has often been either unexpectedly closed or only accepting cash when we arrive. The first time we went in, they almost seated us without mentioning their cash-only policy; we only discovered it because we overheard another customer leaving the dining area to find cash. You’d think they would inform us of that before taking our orders. They were about to do the same to us, and we had to say, "Sorry, we don’t have cash, so never mind. Goodbye." It’s quite peculiar.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito without any rice or beans, and it cost $14. If we had known the price, we would have opted for a full burrito with rice and beans for a lower cost. Now we understand why the place was empty on a Thursday night.

We came here last night and it was a complete disappointment!! It sucks because here in the city of Kuna the choices are very limited. I wanted to like this place and should've read my Yelpers opinions but I didn't and that's my fault. The overall ambiance is typical Mexican sit down restaurant and had high hopes, but that quickly went away. First I always judge every Mexican restaurant on the chips and salsa. Chips stale and had a burnt oil taste to them. Asked for a 2nd batch and while they didn't have the burnt taste they still didn't taste very fresh. For dinner my wife and I split the chicken fajitas for 2 and this was probably the worst version of fajitas I have ever had. Even though I asked for the veggies to be cooked well done they came out barely cooked and completely translucent. Literally this plate should've been called no seasoning onions and green pepper with a side of chicken. Literally the smallest amount of chicken in a fajita plate. Everything else was the same just bland, no seasoning and lack of flavor. Sorry for being spoiled with Mexican food where I am from but this can't even compare. I would've rather had Taco Bell and a beer at home.

The food is consistent. The staff can be charming. The drawback we 've encountered is abandonment. After they bring out the main course, the wait staff will stop by once to ensure everything is tasting okay . But then they 're gone. Ghost town. Forget it if you need a refill or anything else. They even avoid eye-contact with you. It 's buggin '.
