While I actually love all their spirits, I must highlight their Gin. It was nothing like I expected. As someone who typically dislikes gin, this was the first one I've genuinely enjoyed! It has a strong citrus flavor, with plenty of lime, and avoids the harsh "dry gin" taste that usually emphasizes the juniper. Overall, I give it a 5/5 and highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be returning!

I came across this restaurant just before our trip, and we decided to stop by on our way to Haleakala for the sunset. I'm so glad we did! My husband ordered the burger special, and I tried the Thai chicken tacos; both dishes were excellent. We also enjoyed lavender mojitos, which were equally delightful. The views here are absolutely breathtaking.

As a local on Maui, I feel lucky to visit this fantastic spot frequently! Since they added a café and more seating on the lawn, it's a perfect place to relax for the afternoon. Whenever we have visitors, we always make sure to take them here as well. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the organic, locally-made food and spirits are top-notch. A fantastic stop for any Maui vacation. They easily have one of the best views in the Up-Country, the spirits are delicious, and the tour is not only affordable but comes with a souvenir shot glass. Our tour guide Joe was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable.We also stopped in the Cafe and the fresh made juices and Banana bread was great.It's free to come in and enjoy the area and visit the shop, Cafe, and grounds. The tour is an optional addition.

The venue is stunning, the drinks are exceptional, and the tasting experience was delightful. Sarah was a great guide and added a lot of fun to our visit! We happened to come on a very busy night, which made the food service a bit slow. However, the food was delicious and definitely worth the wait.
