An evening you will remember for a long time. Everyone who loves experience is here. Chef Sommeliere Marie-Helen Krebs has excellently advised us and inspired us on my request, even a vintage of a wine that was not on the map from the basement. My wife's white wines were also selected. The dishes were all tastefully excellent and incredibly creative. Great praise! All employees were very exhausting and very friendly. The overall concept is right here. The two Michelin stars and the many other awards confirm this. The ambience is relaxed and you are not too crowded. At the end of the evening, the chef Christoph Rainer came to the table to inform himself about our well-being and our impressions. All in all, it was a fantastic dinner. Thank you. (One more: The selection of the exclusive dishes that transported the different courses was also very well chosen.

An absolute must when you leave in Elmau. Each gear creates a highlight, with a lot of know-how and created. Very balanced menu, good sizes. Completed by an excellent service from Ms. Krebs, you should definitely ask for a wine recommendation. Super sympathetic, competent and with feeling for the individual guest. 6 courses for 209 euros, however, is a word. But if you want to invest, you will not be disappointed.

We are regular guests of the hotel and with some irritations we have seen the partially exaggerated negative reviews. So we step out of the comfort zone and set up for this wonderful restaurant. The food is always anger. It is a gourmet restaurant and it makes its name all honor. Who has the chance to use this and book a table. The menu is currently under Japanese influence and that is not sushi, but the culinary depth of this world cuisine. We would like to thank you for the last night and look forward to a goodbye.

The restaurant is called Fidelio. Our experience: tolerable appetizers, as main foods foam snacks or sauces, which, although they taste nothing but slightly salted aroma, produce an unpleasant taste in the throat. Glutamat? We gave the restaurant two chances, but every time the food was really unpleasant. Desserts are OK.

Star restaurant with flair, perfect service, excellent cuisine, tasteful ambience. The sophisticated wine recommendation makes dinner an experience.
