Soon for 20 years we went to the Efesus regularly and were always enthusiastic about the quality with which the mother of the owners cooks in the kitchen. Therefore the Efesus was always very well visited. But this time we should have become suspicious: except for us, only two guests were present, the rest of the tables was empty. The quality of the food was disappointing. A short time later we learned why: The restaurant has a new owner. No, we don't go there anymore, and many others have already joined this decision...

For 40 years in Rheydt and I've always been happy to go. Even at times of youth, quickly into the Efesus, a Lahmacun or Mercimek Corbasi. Later with the children, always friendly and nicely received, even if the owners are no longer the same as then. The food is iner fresh and emotional it tastes as before. It's a plus point for me. I know what I get.
