Contribuiți la feedbackAmazing: dozens of times went through constancy, half the gastronomy felt tried and never landed in No. Elf? It seems to be a New Year's Eve. Looking for a strong coffee that will keep us awake despite tiredness to the midnight bang, a local friend remembers this little one we immediately control. Just a few steps from the lively Münsterplatz, the narrow Hofgasse is a very quiet, dreamy existence. The bumpy, rough stone alley of the alley still seems to originate from Roman times, i.e. not suitable for wheelchair users and roller fans and ladies in Stöckels. Elf looks like dreamy: a very narrow, small building that apparently left and right the rest of the house line has flew away. Probably torn off... When entering through the front door, which ironically reveals the lance of an alpine cow bell, the cheerful surprise: here has a gifted interior design skillfully brought the best out of the small room: simple, dark gray floor tiles, professional wooden inserts, round surrounding narrow benches with colorful felt seat cushions, before small The drinks are then ordered and paid at the table. If you do not know the concept and orientation of the local area, you need to orient yourself. Behind the counter, two men seem to be the chiefs who steal, brew, pour, serve, promote, advise, serve, serve, explain and convert. Everything very professional and skillful and practiced. If you just want to have a cup of watchmaker coffee here quickly, you can have an unreliable look and is better served at Café or McDonalds station. There are clearly two specialties: coffee and wine. And there's a lot of Bohei going around both. It is possible to remove some of the coffee varieties currently in the area of home roasting, some of the so-called guest roasters, including the country of origin, features and possibilities of preparation, as well as presentation form. The imaginary matrix gives x different possibilities. Picantly, however, is not every type of coffee suitable for any type of preparation, some are even out of hand or is not supported by the Barista gentlemen. Anyone who has developed a small taste sensor from numerous wine tasting stations for many years can fail and should be humble. My originally seen coffee from El Salvator, who apparently had nuts and nougatarome, seems to be out of hand. I don't think there's an alternative type that is advertised with a taste of tomatoes. This leads to tedious discussions with the gentlemen behind the counter, which I cannot really follow. To some extent, I work for a variety of Ethiopia, which I would like to be brewed in the traditional filtering process. Then it tastes wonderful and can even be enjoyed without milk. The aromas of passion fruit and lime cannot even perceive my palate, apparently tauber, blunted, in approaches. In addition to normal cow's milk, soy and oat milk are also offered at an extra cost. However, too much fireplace is staged around the theme of coffee for my taste. With wine it becomes easier. We choose 0.1 litre Riesling from Konz – Crawling, fruity and barely sour. The fact that this issue bears the title ‘it’ can be well followed. Very pleasant, beautiful gesture: For each glass of gifted wine, the bottle is placed on the table so that you can study the label and all additional information. Some guides as comments are also available as flyers on the course and Barista offer of the house. As I said, it's paid directly to the counter. Since I haven't seen an old checkout or a printer, my wish for a document was unnecessary. 4.20 Euro has cost my filter-brown coffee, the wine not much less. The small place is very well visited: both from large families with children and dogs, as well as from couples, friends and singles. In the summer months you can sit outside. An exquisite ice offer from the Konstanzer Manufaktur Anelu is then particularly good. The restaurant is accessible for the small toilet and accessible, very well maintained and tiptop clean.
Freundlicher, authentischer Service, hervorragender Kaffee. Im Zentrum stehen die je nach Zubereitungsart variabel zur Entfaltung kommenden Kaffeearomen. Das ist eine sehr begrüßenswerte und angenehm umgesetzte Aufnahme eines aktuellen Trends! Daneben u.a. auch besonderes Eisangebot. Bereits von außen am jungen Design zu erahnen, hebt sich das Café mit seinem zeitgemäßen Gesamtkonzept sehr angenehm vom im Umfeld häufiger zu findenden "Kaffefahrt-Standard" ab.
My favorite coffeeshop in Konstanz. I wish I had known this place earlier so that I could have visited here more often. They also serve good wine from Mosel and nice ice cream. Highly recommend!!
