The Tasting Room - KOLOA

This restaurant was amazing from start to finish. From the phone call to place our order, to picking it up at the door, we were treated with kindness and gratitude. The staff was efficient in getting us seated on a busy night and were friendly throughout our meal. We enjoyed delicious appetizers such as sardines, burrata, French onion soup, and beet salad. For our main courses, we shared the meatloaf and fried chicken, both of which were delicious. The fact that they also had a good selection of wine was a bonus. Although the restaurant may look upscale online, the atmosphere was laid-back and perfect for a Hawaiian chill vibe. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This restaurant was the highlight of our week in Kauai. Danielle provided exceptional service and made our dining experience truly unforgettable. We couldn't have been more satisfied. A must-visit for those seeking the best of the best!

I had a fantastic experience at this charming restaurant located in the historic district of Koloa. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. This cozy eatery is quite popular, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. They offer a variety of small plates as well as larger main courses on their limited menu. The only suggestion I have is to add a few more dessert options, as there were only two choices available. The wine selection was also impressive.

The Tasting Room is a true gem. Everything was delicious from the Martini to the cheese board (great choices) to the melt in your mouth tender short ribs. Wow... what a great dining experience,

What a lovely surprise! Amazing wine list, really friendly people, and a tasty meal (and attentive to allergies highly recommend this spot. Get a reservation if possible. The front porch looked especially fun. Also it’s family owned- which we prefer over resorts.
