Taco Bell - Knoxville

The restaurant was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I placed a takeout order, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got home. My order was exactly as I requested, even with all the modifications I made to my nachos. By the time I was done, I had created a taco salad! Five stars!

In my opinion, this is the worst Taco Bell I've visited in Knoxville. They never seem to have what you want, or they just don’t feel like preparing it. I went there after work and tried to order three different items from the menu. First, they told me they were out of fries, then they didn’t have the drink listed on the menu, and finally, they claimed they don’t serve the grilled cheese burrito, even though it was advertised. I ended up having to settle for something else. I wish I had just gone to McDonald's down the road instead. The Taco Pizza I ordered was really disappointing—just awful, in fact. My advice is to either visit another Taco Bell or check out a different nearby restaurant. Long John Silver's and Krystal are close by, and the Krystal on the same street is fantastic. Their food is always fresh, and they always have what you need.

I can't believe you only included six nacho fries in my container! The chalupa had hardly any steak in it, and my drink was mostly ice. On a positive note, the employees were really friendly, so I guess that deserves at least one star.

Very rude messed up my order multiple times I got the double spicy beef cheese burrito it had chicken instead of beef no cheese on it no chipotle sauce and no jalapenos then argued over who made it and wouldn't fix it also thought I was an online order when I ordered at registerFood: 1/5

The lobby is never open, despite having employees, forcing you to use drive-thru, where they make you wait at the speaker with cars around the building while they make one car's order at a time, so they can cheat low drive-thru times for corporate: take order. make order. next. Instead of saying please wait they should say please wait to order while we make and cash out the order in front of you.
