Contribuiți la feedbackI was waiting outside the restaurant on Saturday at 9 AM, the time it said on the door that it opened. The general manager, Susan, came to the door and was quite rude. She asked, "May I help you?" When my husband explained that we were waiting for her to open, she curtly replied that she had no morning staff and wouldn't be opening until 10 AM. While I understand that staffing shortages can happen, there's no excuse for being rude to potential customers. I've previously worked with Susan at the UT hospital location, and her attitude was consistently unpleasant; she often seemed disengaged. I recommend taking your hard-earned money and your family elsewhere.
Ordered online, said 20 minute ETA, waited 25 before even standing up to walk down the street to the subway. I got there 33 minutes after ordering, order hadn't even been started yet. Was 54 minutes from placing the order until I had it in hand. Food was good though and the young girl cashiering was very nice and very apologetic. Just multiply the amount of time the website gives you by 2.5 and you should be fine.
Avoid ordering through the Subway app! I placed a lunch order for my family, but when I arrived to pick it up, they handed me a receipt and informed me that they were out of bread. I asked how I could get a refund, and the owner who was there said it wasn't her responsibility and suggested that I call someone. Who am I supposed to call when I ordered through the Subway app? It was lunchtime during rush hour, so I decided to let it go and got food elsewhere. Later, when things calmed down, I returned to sort it out. The woman acted as if we had never spoken. Rude and didn't care! Went in today, immediately told me the only bread they have is wheat...no big deal. The employee proceeded to smash my bread attempting to slice undercooked bread. My wife wanted a salad with tuna. They waited until they finished my sandwich order before telling us that they were out of tuna! Hope they enjoyed the sandwich they made for me because we walked out! The whole time we were TRYING to get something to eat the manager was walking back and forth behind the counter mumbling and talking down to the other 2 employees. Go to any other Subway....just avoid this one.
Was about to eat here 10/29/22 however, as I walked to the bathroom to wash up I was yelled at by the sandwich maker telling me I could not use the bathroom no matter that I was a customer. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. This is a smudge on the face of Knoxville Tn.
