Maple Hall - Knoxville

This is a fantastic place to relax with friends or enjoy a double date. It can feel a bit cramped for larger groups, so it's wise to check in advance if you're planning an event. They don't accept reservations, and the weekends can get quite busy, so arriving early is a good idea! Be sure to try the food and drinks; the quality is surprisingly excellent.

We hosted a corporate event here last night, and it was fantastic. The venue was excellent, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

I visited this place a month ago for an event and had a fantastic time. I had been wanting to return, and I finally made it back. The ambiance is really impressive. The bowling area is a standout with its exposed brick, well-designed lanes, and cozy sofas. The dining and lounge area is also great. The small bar on the upper level might become my new favorite hidden gem in downtown. We stopped by around 10:30 PM on a Saturday night and managed to snag seats at the end of the bar. The bartender was amazing and took excellent care of us. He even shared some interesting insights about the various homemade simple syrups lining the bar. This place has gone way downhill. The people they have working at their check-in desk now are rude and hateful. I've spent quite a bit of money in this business over the years, but I won't after this past Sunday's(02/26/2023) experience. I've never been treated so unwelcome in a business before. The young lady at the check-in and shoe rental counter was hateful, and I'm not sure why. Her attitude was very aggressive and hostile. The bartender also informed me of a rule they have that I have NEVER been told before. You can't buy your wife a drink at the same time you buy yourself a drink from the bar without her ID. The waitress who was working was more interested in talking to the hateful check-in girl than doing her job. They charge too much to treat paying customers this way.

We rented a private room for a small family gathering. The atmosphere and food was great. The real star of the show though was our server, Millie. She took great care of us!
