Knox Burgers - Knoxville

My dad and I were going to Panera for lunch when we spotted Knox Burgers, thought we would give it a try. Surely a business that would go into the same center as a Panera would offer quality and be exceptional at their own specialty burgers? NO WAY! This was the worst place I have eaten in years! We shared a double burger there's more meat on a Big Mac and half the grease! The onion rings OMG they were WORSE than the worst frozen variety in the supermarket. Being a burger place-we assumed the onion rings would be made fresh-or at least of some quality. Attached a picture of the onion rings. And lets not forget what this dog food cost us?! for mediocre shakes and ONE burger with nasty onion rings that we shared (actually the onion rings went straight into the trash). This restaurant will not last long, they will be lucky to survive through you can't serve garbage, charge a steep premium for it and succeed, especially when there are far better offerings surrounding them. Consumers that enjoy going out for the quality they get from the frozen section at Walmart...is limited, and was evidenced in the fact that at (lunch hour), Knox Burger was NOT busy, meanwhile Littons, Chick Filet, Panera and others right on Broadway are packed at lunch hour. We won't be back, and it's doubtful that Knox Burgers will exist beyond and certainly won't exist beyond they have underestimated consumers to the point of being insulting.

Horrible service and food! Such a shame.  I think if they had employees that actually cared things would improve.  they play far too much thus messing up peoples orders and overcooking food.

First, these idiots can't do anything at all. everything about them is deceptive and unprofessional. you eat is absolutely müll from presentation to taste and quality. the worst of this company are the owners. they are nothing but criminal. since 2010, they have stolen $15.8 million from their employees by not reporting income tax, health care and child support that they draw from the controls of the employees. they think it is so that they can live a lush lifestyle without the last of work for them. two persons who were with the owner andrea rudd and their shady circumvent have committed suicide not to condemn their crimes. andrea rudd goes...read more
