Kfc - Knoxville

The restaurant is clean, and the buffet appears to be well-maintained. The service is a bit slow, but they do manage to get the orders right.

I was disappointed in the quality of chicken. The pieces seemed to be all batter with hardly any chicken at all. They had no original recipe chicken available, and the wait for my chicken sandwiches was quite lengthy.Food: 3/5

Closes at 9 but I suppose once they run out of chicken they won't make anymore after a certain time literally an hour before closing. And how much per hour do the workers demand? I get wanting to go home asap and close everything down but you should be serving the public your entire business hours of operation.

Good experience overall. Nice friendly people . I do however think some of my chicken may have been a little old or slightly overcooked as a few pieces were on the dry side . The Dr Pepper also had an odd almost fruity taste and low on carbonation. Otherwise it was ok.Food: 1/5
