Habaneros Mexican Grill - Knoxville

The service was quite slow. After we were seated, our waiter seemed to forget about us entirely. It took over 15 minutes for us to get someone's attention just to place our order. To make matters worse, the food we received wasn’t what we had ordered. The restroom floor was sticky, and it wasn’t even a busy time. When we went to pay, the cashier asked how our meal was, and we expressed our disappointment. However, she merely smirked and didn’t appear to care about our negative experience. I used to enjoy this place, but I will definitely be removing it from my list of options.

As always, the food was excellent and the margaritas were fantastic! We celebrated a family birthday here, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The chips were continuously replenished and fresh, and we never saw the bottom of our margarita glasses!

I enjoyed the habanero dip and habanero nachos, accompanied by a Long Island iced tea. Habaneros never lets me down. The food arrives quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious.

I am very happy to have discovered Habaneros ll Mexican Restaurant. I have visited the other Habeneros in Norris (North Knoxville), both restaurants in this mini chain are very good but I like this one better so far. I had a very good light meal(a delicious Carne Asada Taco) and one of their Margaritas which was one of the best Margaritas ever. Kudos to Jose (manager)whoo was very willing to talk, I enjoyed meeting him). Also, my server was Shelly at the bar where I was sitting). The staffwere very friendly and added to my enjoying this experience; I now highly recommend Habeneros ll as one of my favoriterestaurants for 2022 (really more than that as they are really above their competition).
