Insomnia Cookies - Knoxville

My family of 4, who are all vegan, made a stop in Knoxville for dinner but decided to just get dessert instead. We each picked out 2 cookies and we all agreed that they were delicious. There were 3 vegan options to choose from, as well as a vegan gluten-free cookie, which I was happy to see. However, I was disappointed that they did not accept cash and the cashier was not very friendly. Despite that, we still enjoyed the cookies.

I absolutely love that this restaurant stays open late, and their vegan birthday cake cookie is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying it.

I visited this restaurant tonight after a disappointing time at Mellow Mushroom. They offers at least 4 vegan cookies in addition to a seasonal vegan red velvet cookie creme Valentine's special. The cookies were incredibly moist and delicious! I will definitely return.

After a frustrating experience at Mellow Mushroom tonight, we decided to try a new restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had at least 4 vegan cookie options, including a seasonal special for Valentine's Day - a vegan red velvet cookie. The cookies were moist and delicious. We will definitely be returning.
