Bull"s Lane - Knittelfeld

As a group of more than a dozen people, we were the only guests because the race track was left on the day of our visit. “Bull’s Lane” is definitely not a cozy place. It resembles a cafeteria or an airport restaurant. The choice is not as wide as in an ordinary restaurant. For example, there were only about half a dozen main courses in the permanent menu. The kitchen seemed ample use of comfort products like instant soup, chicken nuggets and similar. The food had no extraordinary mistakes, but was quite basic. It served the purpose of filling the stomach as portions were large. There were no highlights. For example, meat was rather hard and dry. The service was largely fine. Nevertheless, waiters served two different pasta dishes that should be based on spaghetti according to the menu, but have actually been prepared with penne. Although this does not change the taste significantly. Nevertheless, the waiters should have asked their guests whether such a change was in order with them or at least apologised for this slight aberration when serving these dishes. In this respect, however, they had done nothing. Prices would have been sufficient on a race day if demand was high. Since we were there at a “low season” day, the performance of “Bull’s Lane” justified the prices they calculated, which corresponded to those of a decent full-blooded restaurant.

We went here for beer, beautiful views and relaxing place. We decided to try the Burger and Pommes, it was great, very tasteful and enough for both of us. Friendly staff.

If it is not important to you, high octangeruch, sounds and the one and other smell of burned rubber or clutch comes through your nostrils and still o.k. to fight your hunger here, you are right! The Bull's Lane on the Pit Lane on the famous Red Bull Ring (former Austrian Ring) served you this adventure and the kitchen We were racing with some friends there and had delicious freshwater fish and pudding. I can imagine eating here during a race would be perfect in a way, but catastrophic for your wallet (consider you need to pay a ticket). But while no race is one, everyone is welcome to experience how the rich and famous feel. Excellent view over the start/target straight!

We were a group of 12 people. of the 8 salates ordered were only 2 served, the rest was forgotten. the burgers are ok - but not anymore. personal is not necessarily concerned with the gast.

Here you can eat very well and enjoy. direct view of the redbullring's starting/target line. friendly and attentive service.Essen was tastefully very good. price/performance absolutely in order.
