Incredibly bad service with an overwhelmed staff which apparently is not able to handle the extra bookings during a busy GP night The waitress talked back to us basically complaining about the fact that the restaurant is busy and using it as an excuse for not attending us for 45 mins (after food has been served)! Our opinion either do not accept that many guests and keep your service at an acceptable level or hire additional service. For the fact that the hotel has 4 stars, I am appalled by the treatment as a paying guest. No sign of remorse when we have been providing the feedback only providing excuses. No words left. By far the worst restaurant experience of our lives.

We loved the food and service so much we went back three nights in a row!! Traditional Austrian food, you can’t visit an Austrian restaurant without having Schinitzel and mixed salad with pumpkin dressing, it’s a must All the food here is excellent, the owners made us very welcomed as we haven’t been for six years, whenever we visit family this is will be our favourite the best in the Fohnsdorf area Staff very attentive and polite The restaurant has changed for the better since our last visit, it now has rooms to let, wonderful scenery too

Typical Austrian food and beer is served here. Waiters are wearing leather pants and regional shirts. The atmosphere of Austrian region is very strong and I liked it a lot. There is also a hotel with nice rooms. Especially new building offers rooms with fantastic view.
