I had an excellent experience at Burgerack with exceptional service and delicious food. I will definitely recommend it!

The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is exceptional, and the food is unforgettable—all at great prices! Our waiter, Thabo, went above and beyond to make our evening special. He even thought to bring an extra carving knife to ensure that the peri peri ribs and the barbecue ribs at our table weren't cut with the same knife. Without a doubt, this is the best family restaurant in town!

I had the worst pork ribs I've ever encountered during my first visit to this restaurant. They were incredibly dry and difficult to eat. I was very disappointed.

The quality of service has worsened significantly over the past few months, and the food has also declined. The staff are unfriendly and often forgetful. I got home to find that my order was missing something again. Complaints seem to go unheard.
