Wendy's - Kitchener

I loved the Breakfast Baconator that I had on a bun at this restaurant. It was loaded with bacon, a perfectly cooked fried egg, mayo, and cheddar cheese. I also ordered a side of their delicious crispy breakfast potatoes and a large Coke Zero. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this fast food breakfast and preferred it over other options available.

My husband, a close friend, and I visited your restaurant on November 21st at around 8:30 PM. While waiting for our order, my husband noticed an employee preparing our food without wearing a mask, gloves, or a hair net. We complained to the cashier, who ignored us. The employee then made himself a meal, claiming he had finished his shift and was leaving. Despite our concerns, he continued handling food without proper hygiene practices. This behavior was unprofessional, violated health codes, and showed a lack of responsibility. The employee's dismissive attitude was unacceptable.

Wendy's seem to be dying off in our area. Too bad, I frequent them often in the US. I love their burgers. The triple baconator with cheese is a heart attack waiting to happen. I decided to live another day. I had their single burger combo. Burger was very well dressed and their fries are the best. My wife had chili and fries which she likes. Staff was friendly and efficient.

On September 8th, I visited the Kitchener, Ontario location of a restaurant. I found the establishment to be very dirty, with food on the floor behind the counter. The worst part of my experience was when I ordered the Southwest Salad and halfway through, I bit into an avocado pit. I spoke to customer service and received a call from the manager who did not believe me and was rude and disrespectful. I called customer service again to make another complaint and was told that a district manager would contact me. It is now September 18th and I have not received any calls. I called back again and was promised that someone would call me back, but so far I have heard nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

First time at this location and food came out quick accurately and of high quality. Eating area was clean too.
