Tim Hortons - Kitchener

Awesome staff. They should always add ketchup on the side for food orders because customers forget to ask sometimes. But still, great location with plenty of parking space and friendly staff

We visited the tim hortons at king st in kitchener, on. the timbits is one of our favorites and our children simply love them! this time we wanted to try something new from the menu and so we tried “Habanero Chicken” shot this time. the bowl was really nicely prepared with fresh vegetables, quinoa, crispy chicken with chipotle sauce. we just loved it!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, they don’t care at all there. Definitely not considered “fast” food. It takes them 15 minutes to make a coffee when it’s not even busy. There have been COUNTLESS times I’ve gone early (because I know they’re slow) to get food/drinks and missed my bus/ION. Some of the staff are rude (not all, mostly the older people). Instead of Tim’s spending all their money on celebrity endorsements they should fix it from within starting with proper customer service.

This is legitimately the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, I don’t even write reviews but it’s so bad here that I want to. I have a minimum 15 minute wait for ANYTHING, I ordered an iced coffee today and couldn’t even take it because I’d miss my bus. Staff is either completely swamped and understaffed or just standing around talking not doing anything, 0/10 stars I shouldn’t have to leave 15 minutes early for a coffee and still miss my bus

These people are horrible with getting orders out. We waited in line for close to 20 minutes on a kiosk order when someone walked in who had ordered from mobile, she recieved her food immediately...We still waited for another 5 to 10 minutes after saying something about the service before recieving our food.Don't go to this timmies. It's in a bad spot and full of slow unresponsive staff.
